Noble Silence

Observance of noble silence throughout the training period will be very beneficial and conducive to a better appreciation of the teachings. This means that the students should not talk amongst themselves, but they may of course speak to the teacher and staff at any time. Students will be requested to hand-over their mobile phones and other electronic devices to the staff for safekeeping during the course. In the event of an emergency, family members can call/WhatsApp +6-014-750-8365 to pass an urgent message to the student.

There should not be any contact between men and women during the course.
